The Oakland Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on June 14th, 2021, around 4:15 AM, in the 1800 block of East 12th Street. Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a vehicle collision. Once on scene, officers located an unresponsive male, non-Oakland resident.
