Ayanna Keeton

Ayanna Keeton was born and raised in Oakland, California and joined the MCPD in 2021. Ayanna is a Program Manager for Easy Does It Emergency Services in Berkeley and has twenty years of experience working for persons with different kinds of disabilities. In her role she has worked with over 100 clients a year from initial intake interviews, to hiring reliable caregivers, accessing transportation, and working with them in multiple ways to achieve and maintain independence in their homes.

She feels both honored and obligated to serve as a Commissioner and have this opportunity to work with the Mayor’s Commission on Persons with Disabilities to help everyone understand the critical importance of the need for persons with disabilities to have total integration into all aspects of the community.
