To report a deceased animal, please go to the online Dead Animal Removal Request Form.
We prioritize all of our Field Service calls based on public safety. Deceased animal reports will be handled as quickly as possible, though it may take up to seven days for removal. Please note that OAS will not perform deceased animal pickups in areas that pose a safety risk to our officers. These areas included crawl spaces, attics, condemned buildings, cliffs, and other unsafe locations.
Public Property: If it is a small animal, please consider placing the deceased animal in a plastic bag and discarding it in your trash bin or bringing it to the shelter.
Private Property: For small dead animal (domestic or wild
less than 10 pounds) on private property, please request
removal. We pick up large domestic animals and wildlife on private
property for a fee.
