Annual Action Plan NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The City of Oakland invites public review and feedback on the Second Amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019/20 Consolidated Annual Action Plan (AAP), to add Coronavirus, Aid, Relief & Economic Security Act (CARES Act) allocations under Round-Two CARES Act Emergency Solution Grant (ESG-CV2); CARES Act Round-Three Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV3) and to update the program description under the Round-One CARES Act Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA-CV). A virtual public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday December 1, 2020 at 1:30p.m. via teleconference.
