Businesses Located in the Port Area
Any development or construction in the Port Area of the City of Oakland (seaport, airport, or Oakland Airport Business Park) must be approved by the Port prior to start of work, and prior to any submission to the City of Oakland for a building permit. If you want to do work or construction in the Port Area, submit a completed Port Permit Development Application to the Port Permit Coordinator.
