The Sustainable Oakland Program creates bi-annual Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory Reports, which provide an overview of Oakland's existing emissions for a given year and helps guide policy to better reduce emissions. Each inventory addresses both local (in-boundary) and lifecycle (global) emissions that occur as a result of all activities occurring in Oakland. The most recent report contains data for all reporting years.
