The scope of work consists of interior and exterior improvements including the remodel of interior space to create new classrooms, gender neutral restroom, storage, mechanical room and replace mechanical equipment; replace lighting, building electrification, security/electrical/data improvements, flooring replacement, building shell and façade improvements including signage; exterior picnic tables, tool storage, landscape and paint the building.
