Oakland, CA –The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from the media and the public in locating missing person Mr. Edwin Roldan.
Mr. Roldan was last seen at his family’s residence on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 7:00 PM, which is located in the 1600 block of 85th Avenue. Mr. Roldan has not been seen or heard of since.
Mr. Roldan is a male Hispanic, 62-years-old, 5’7”, 145 pounds, grey and brown hair with brown eyes. Mr. Roldan is missing his upper three front teeth and was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.
Mr. Roldan is at risk as he suffers from dementia and PTSD.
