The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed a staff report presented by Catherine Payne Development Planning Manager for the City of Oakland and the Development Planning Division on the Brooklyn Basin Project Modifications Proposal and Marina Expansions; a request by Parks and Recreation to receive a gift Project Blackboard for renovations of the basketball courts at Lowell Park, and Measure Q updates.
