Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission Meeting Minutes (PRAC) for October 9, 2019.

Due to the lack of a sufficient quorum, the meeting minutes for September 11, 2019, and New Business Items 7A - Non-Profit Park Stewardship Pilot. A Collaboration of Oakland Parks, Recreation and Youth Development and Oakland Park and Recreation Foundation, and 7B - Park Use Survey were not approved. Announcements and Communications, Item 10 - Review City Charter Creating PRAC, was not addressed.
