The City of Oakland adopted a permanent Flex Streets program in March 2022 following the Covid-19 Pandemic Flex Streets Program launch in April 2020. These guidelines will be enforced through an application permit and annual renewal including an inspection thereafter. Prior to finalizing these guidelines, OakDOT would like to hear from MCPD.
