Zero Emission Vehicle Action Plan Update with Michael Randolph and Kerby Olsen from OakDOT. The City of Oakland Zero Emission Vehicle Action Plan will provide a roadmap for transitioning to a zero emission transportation system. Governor Gavin Newsom declared that all new passenger cars and trucks sold in California must be zero-emission by 2035
Kerby Olsen, New Mobility Supervisor for the Department of Transportation will present and seek feedback on a proposal to systematically address parking on the sidewalk on narrow streets throughout the City where this behavior occurs.
