The Measure DD Community Coalition holds meetings every other month from January to November. The Oakland Public Works Program Manager reports status on current projects. The Measure DD Community Coalition provides oversight, input, feedback, and recommendations to project staff on organizing, prioritizing, and spending for DD projects. The Coalition assists with applications for supplemental funding.

The purpose of the signs is to connect people to the wildlife and encourage stewardship of Lake Merritt. Six new designs and locations have been prepared for proof, last review and scheduled installation.
