This document represents the input of a five-member Ad Hoc Committee of Oakland Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission (PRAC) members created on August 19, 2020 and charged with providing feedback to the PRAC and City of Oakland staff on seven items related to on-going activity around Lake Merritt.
