The Alameda County-Oakland Community Action Partnership Board is comprised of 18 members that represent public official representatives in Oakland and Alameda County, private groups and interests, and not fewer than a third are democratically elected/selected representatives from the low-income community. The Administering Board meets on the second Monday of every month at 5:30 pm at City Hall.
