The Holiday Tree Lighting event is an annual community tradition for the local community organized by the Lao Family Community Development Corp. (LFCD) to celebrate the holidays. There will be a Holiday Food Basket giveaway for families and Santa Gift giveaway for children ages 4-10. Not to mention, a holiday-themed dance performance presented by kids in the community.

Deeply Rooted Oakland will set up a booth at the X-Mas Tree Lighting event to connect with people about the General Plan 2045.
