More on the City of Oakland’s Homekey RFQ:
The City of Oakland Department of Housing and Community Development has released its Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified housing sponsors to own, operate, and provide services for permanent affordable housing for homeless and formerly homeless individuals and households under the State Homekey program. The RFQ seeks to identify a qualified pool of Homekey sponsors in anticipation of the 2021 State Homekey NOFA this summer.
All qualifications must be submitted via the Project Sponsor Application form on the City of Oakland Homekey page: https://www.oaklandca.gov/topics/city-homekey-rfq.
The City’s Homekey page also includes a Seller Expression of Interest Form for sellers interested in selling or leasing their property for Homekey projects, as well as a Sponsor Partnership Expression of Interest Form for sponsors interested in partnering with other sponsors.
