The Downtown Oakland Specific Plan (DOSP) Community Advisory Group (CAG) will be meeting over two evening sessions to review, discuss and build on the draft implementation strategy for the Draft Downtown Oakland Specific Plan, which will be released in August of 2019. The purpose is to discuss prioritization of, options for, constraints to, and community partnerships for the implementation actions that have been developed and revised in response to community feedback since the release of the Preliminary Draft Plan in January 2019. Representatives of City departments and members of the Planning Commission and City advisory boards and commissions will also attend. A light meal will be provided. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions, however, a recap of the first night will be given for participants who can only attend the second night.
This meeting is noticed as a Special Meeting of the Planning Commission in the event that a quorum of the Planning Commission attends the meeting. However, please be advised that no formal Planning Commission action will be taken at this meeting.
The two sessions are Monday, June 24 & Tuesday, June 25
